starting work on a new project for the tower of london, here are some details and work in progress  from that, alongside details and elements from a few other recent jobs. the angela merkel portrait appeared on the front cover of internazionale recently, in a slightly different variation.

guardian masterclass

i've been invited to take part in guardian's masterclass series. the title of the event is 'what every illustrator should know', and it's taking place on sept 14 at guardian hq in london. i'll be showing some new work and talking about various aspects of life as a working illustrator, alongside adrian johnson, malika favre, mr bingo and noma bar - come along, it will be a good day. tickets and more info on the event are on the guardian site here.
